All Cloudberry earrings are handmade, woven together with individual beads. Due to the nature of this process, please expect and enjoy subtle variances of our pieces. 

are your findings hypoallergenic? 

All earrings come with handmade sterling silver or 14k gold-filled hooks. I also have niobium hooks available at a small cost, please let me know and I can switch out the hooks!

care instructions 

All earrings are made from glass beads and thread, which can be fragile, so please handle with care. It is best to store pieces hung up or laid flat to avoid bunching up fringe. Please avoid storing pieces in damp areas, in direct sunlight, or touching beads frequently. Findings may tarnish over time but can be cleaned up easily with a polishing cloth. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any other care questions.

returns

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, Cloudberry does not accept returns at this time. However, in the rare chance your earrings arrive damaged please contact me as soon as possible so we can address this issue.

repairs and lost pieces?

If your earring breaks, please contact me right away. In the rare case that something breaks I try my best to accommodate repairs with minimal additional charge. I am more than happy to replace a lost earring at half the original cost of the earrings and shipping. 

custom orders

I am generally not accepting custom requests at this time. However, if you have a special occasion that you would like Cloudberry to be apart of, I would love to collaborate with you on this venture.  

shipping info 

All shipping for domestic and international packages are auto calculated with varying prices through USPS and DHL. Only USPS will have tracking information for domestic packages, however, DHL provides tracking information for all of their shipping services.
